Department provides:

- scientific and methodological support of the courts activity of general jurisdiction, namely: of the Supreme Court of Ukraine; of High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases; of appeal courts in regions, in Kyiv and Sevastopol, of the Court of Appeal of ARC for Civil and Criminal Cases and cases of administrative offence; of the Supreme Economic Court, of economic courts of appeal and local economic courts, of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, of the administrative appeal courts and local administrative courts.
