- Department of the Library Information and Publishing activities.

She carries out the commitments:

- Head of Scientific-Methodical Council;

- Head of Commission on accepting editions to the library of the National School of Judges of Ukraine.

Mrs. Shuklina is an author of over 50 scientific works: 3 monographs, 2 textbooks, scientific-methodical studies, research papers.

- Candidate, Junior  Research Assistant,  Institute of State and Law, National  Academy  of  Sciences  of  Ukraine (1981-1987);

 Biography:

Was born on the 21th May 1953 in Kiev.

In 1976 she graduated Shevchenko Kiev State Order of Lenin University, with speciality "Jurisprudence" with appropriation qualification of lawyer.
