Department provides:

- scientific and methodological support of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine as to exercise of discipline regarding judges of local courts and of appellate courts; trainings for candidates on justiceship; examination (anonymous testing) to identify the level of theoretical knowledge in the field of law candidates on justiceship; a qualifying examination of candidates on justiceship and other directions.
