Department provides:

- scientific and methodological support of the High Council of Justice concerning the introduction of presentation to the President of Ukraine on appointment  or dismissal of judges; of accomplishment of disciplinary proceedings concerning to judges of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and judges of high specialized courts; of consideration of a case and arrival at a decision conformably violation by judges and procurators of requirements  concerning incompatibility; of consideration a complaints to the decision about bringing to disciplinary liability of judges of appellate and of local courts and prosecutors.
